2 cups water
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 tsp. granulated sugar
1/4 cup 2% milk
1 1/4 cups quick cooking oats (not instant)
1/4 cup dried cranberries or raisins (optional)
bring water and salt to a boil over high heat. Whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla in medium bowl; stir into boiling water. Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in oats. Simmer until desired consistency, about 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon into bowls; top each serving with milk, cranberries/raisins, and sugar.
